Most people do not realize how stretching can eliminate knots in muscles. Most people do not know how to stretch properly to avoid injury and get the maximum pleasure from their stretch. Yes Pleasure! There is a point in a stretch that feels good. Your body actually talks to you telling that what you are doing is good. So when you stretch, go into pleasure and away from discomfort or pain. If it feels good then it is good.neck-stretch.

As Dr. Nick often has said, “The more you stretch throughout the day the more you keep the knots away.”
